If you would like to be considered for the Graduate Development Programme, please check that you are able to meet the following specific requirements.
We will screen out if candidates do not have the following:
- Ability to live and work in various UK locations during the programme. You will need to be eligible to work in the UK and be completely flexible to relocate several times. In order to ensure a comprehensive learning experience, the Graduate Development Programme does involve living and working in different areas of the country.
- A valid EU work permit.
- A 2:1 (actual/predicted) degree OR a 2:2 degree supported by additional appropriate post-graduate qualifications.
- A clear interest and involvement in regeneration to be demonstrated by any:
-
Relevant unpaid work experience, voluntary experience or internship.
-
Relevant extra curricular experience, e.g. involvement in Duke of Edinburgh Award, regeneration related university societies or representative bodies.
-
Membership of community groups, regeneration related societies or involvement in real regeneration projects.
-
- Less then six months paid post-graduate employment in regeneration. We will 'screen out' if you have any more experience then this as we are looking to attract new people into the regeneration sector.
- A clean and valid driving licence is also desirable as many placements will require driving on a daily basis. If you feel that you may experience any difficulties in meeting this particular requirement please call us to discuss.
